About modification of the Order of the Government No. 292/2017 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova

Based on part (2) Article 6 and part (1-2) articles 21 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 292/2017 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 155-161, 370), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution and the Provision the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. add the resolution with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The national bureau of grapes and wine quarterly constitutes the report on progress which contains updated data on grape plantings and the wine-making companies, and represents it to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in time which is not exceeding 10 days after the termination of quarter.";

1.3. in the Provision:

1.3.1. in all text:

1.3.1.1. to replace the word "Inspection" in any grammatical form with the word "Agency" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.3.1.2. "The law on registers No. 71-XVI of March 22, 2007" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "The law No. 71/2007 on registers" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.3.1.3. "The law on information access No. 982-XIV of May 11, 2000" in any grammatical form to replace the text with the text "Law No. 148/2023 on access to socially significant information" in the corresponding grammatical form;
