About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2017 No. 1232

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2017 No. 1232 "About approval of requirements to credit institution in which money of the compensation fund created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company on Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction in case of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Builders and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 42, Art. 6170 is considered; 2018, No. 44, Art. 6759; 2019, No. 1, Art. 52; 2023, No. 21, Art. 3710).
2. Recognize to invalid:
a) Item of 1 changes which are made to requirements to credit institution in which money of the compensation fund created according to the Federal Law "About the Public Company on Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction in case of Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Builders and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2018 No. 1266 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2017 No. 1232" is considered (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 44, the Art. 6759);
b) Item of 15 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2018 No. 1758 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 1, the Art. 52).
