About approvals of the Temporary procedure for state registration of transactions
For the purpose of ensuring realization by physical persons and legal entities of the right to recognition of transactions by the state for which state registration is provided before acceptance by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine according to Article 210 of the Civil code of Ukraine of the relevant law Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Temporary procedure for state registration of transactions which is applied.
2. Determine the Ministry of Justice the holder of the State register of transactions, and the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice his administrator.
3. Establish the amount of payment for entering of record into the State register of transactions, and also changes of record and issue of statements according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Justice to take within three months measures for ensuring maintaining the State register of transactions.
