Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of rendering services of telephone communication approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2024 No. 1994 "About approval of Rules of rendering services of telephone communication and the list of the organizations having the right to perform confirmation of information about the subscriber - physical person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 1, of the Art. 42).

2. This resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2025, except for its separate provisions for which other terms of entry into force are provided.

3. Item 1 and paragraphs of the eighth - the twelfth Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution become effective since September 1, 2025.

Changes which are made to Rules of rendering services of telephone communication

1. To add the subsection "Features of the Conclusion of the Service Provision Agreement of Mobile Radiotelephone Communication" of the Section XI with Item 129 (1) the following content:

"129(1). The telecom operator prior to rendering communication services shall perform verification of presence at physical person of the prohibition on the conclusion of service provision agreements of mobile radiotelephone communication specified in Item 7.1 of article 45 of the Federal law "About Communication" (further - prohibition).
