"According to the subitem 5) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", the subitem 34) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2020 No. 427 and the subitem 20) of Item 15 of the Regulations on Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 9-nk I ORDER:";
To be reworded as follows the technique of assessment of amounts of illegal activities approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of national accounts together with Legal Department of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
