1. Approve:

1) Rules and selection criteria of independent directors (independent members) in structure of the board of directors (supervisory board) of joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of forming and maintaining the register of independent directors (independent members) of joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) with absolute participation of the state, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Standard rules of determination of level of remuneration and expense recovery to board members (supervisory boards) of joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) with absolute participation of the state, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the Minimum requirements to alternate members of the board of directors (supervisory boards) of joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) with the absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital represented by the state, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund according to appendix 4 to this order.
