1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of personal data and other accompanying information in billing system of housing and communal services it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, the research and production state republican unitary enterprise "National Cadastral Agency", the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services", open joint stock company "The non-bank credit and financial organization "Single Settlement and Information Space" (further - NKFO ERIP) to take measures for provision on a grant basis in billing system of housing and communal services of personal data and other accompanying information by means of the nation-wide automated information system (further - OAIS).
3. Information provided according to the Regulations on procedure for provision of personal data and other accompanying information in billing system of housing and communal services approved by this resolution is processed by users of billing system of housing and communal services only with use of this system, except cases of the organization of electronic information exchange (including with use of OAIS) during the implementing of ministerial procedures, provision of such data to the users determined in subitems 11.3 and 11.4 of Item 11 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2025 No. 28.
