About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2020 No. 131 "About approval of quarantine phytosanitary requirements"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 17, 2020 No. 131 "About approval of quarantine phytosanitary requirements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20432) the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 5) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About quarantine of plants" I ORDER:";
in the quarantine phytosanitary requirements approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These quarantine phytosanitary requirements are developed according to the subitem 5) of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About quarantine of plants.";
exclude Items 6 and 7;
be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 according to appendices 1 and 2 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendices 6 and 7 according to appendices 3 and 4 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
