According to part twelve of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", the paragraph of the two hundred twenty first subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 1400), for the purpose of the organization of transportations on bus routes public, I order to No.:
1. Approve requirements for use of buses for types of messages, the modes of movement and extent of routes, for parameters of passenger capacity, comfort, technical and ecological performances which are applied.
2. Approve the enclosed changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of April 12, 2007 No. 285 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of class of comfort of buses, spheres of their use by types of messages and the modes of movement", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2007 at No. 499/13766.
4. Determine that the certificates of compliance to parameters of comfort of buses granted before entry into force of this order are acting before the expiration of their action.
5. To provide to department of technical regulation on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
