About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in case of price fixation (rates) for services of "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" joint-stock company in supervisory control in power industry for 2026 to consider expenses on dividend payout for 2022 and 2023.

3. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 4-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution, including having excluded from calculation of the necessary gross revenue determined for the system operator of electric utility systems of Russia performing types of activity in which state regulation of the prices (rates), settlement entrepreneurial profit is applied.

4. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
