Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to the right of import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine or transit through the territory of Ukraine of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 1997 No. 146 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 6, page 78; 2007, No. 93, Art. 3413; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1373, No. 40, Art. 2159; 2024, No. 63, the Art. 3766, No. 78, the Art. 4573), the enclosed changes.
