Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 and of January 17, 2018 No. 55

1. In the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950:

1) in § 11:

to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"the sign manual - in case of signing (vising) of the original document in paper form, the qualified digital signature - in case of signing of the original of the electronic document (the advanced digital signature which is based on the qualified digital signature certificate can be applied to vising of the electronic document), qualified electronic seal - in case of assurance of the electronic copy of the original document;";
