About identification of service providers

Based on part (2) article 4 of the Law on cyber security No. 48/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 151-153, 225) DECIDES: the Government

This resolution shifts Article 3 and appendices I and II of the Directive (EU) 2022/2555 European parliament and Council of December 14, 2022 about measures for ensuring general high level of the cyber security in the Union making amendments to Regulations (EU) No. 910/2014 and the Directive (EU) 2018/1972 and canceling the Directive (EU) 2016/1148 (the Directive NIS 2) (the text concerning EEP) published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. L 333/80 of December 27, 2022 (CELEX: 32022L2555).

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations of identification of service providers according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. The list of critical sectors and splits, types and categories of service providers according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. Regulations about procedure for creation, maintaining and updating of the Supplier list of services according to appendix No. 3.

2. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities responsible for realization of state policy in the critical industries and splits established in appendix No. 1, of the State office, and also to organizational structures within their competence:

2.1. give support to the Agency of cyber security in the course of identification of service providers;

2.2. submit on demand within the terms established by this resolution, information on change of accounting these service providers.
