Bring in the Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2014 No. 724 "Some questions of the Public regulatory service of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 4, Art. 68; 2020, No. 69, the Art. 2221) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine

1. Add Item 5 with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in the device GRS, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;".

2. In Item 13:

1) the subitem 19 after the words "expert groups" to add with the word", committees";

2) to add Item with subitem 19-1 of the following content:

"19-1) will organize internal control and internal audit and provides functioning of internal control and implementation of internal audit in the device GRS, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;".
