Criteria of reference of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the regulated organizations

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs treat the regulated organizations in case of simultaneous compliance to the following criteria:

a) perform one or several types of economic and other activity used for reference of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the regulated organizations according to the list according to appendix No. 1, and (or) perform one or several types of economic and other activity regarding implementation of stationary combustion of gaseous, liquid, solid fuel in the spheres of crop production and livestock production used for reference of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the regulated organizations according to the list according to appendix No. 2 on the object (objects) making negative impact on the environment to which according to the Federal Law "About Environmental Protection" I, II or III categories are appropriated and (or) perform combustion of fuel in engines of vehicles;
