About carrying out population census and agricultural industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About population census" and "About official statistics", and also for the purpose of forming of necessary databases for creation of system of assessment of demographic and social and economic characteristics, level of living and welfare of the population, and also condition and structure of agricultural industry, perspectives of providing the population with the main socially important types of agricultural products, I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of carrying out population census and agricultural industry:

(a) forming of the single database about structure and migration, marital status, types of activity, sources of the income of 38 million people for determination of the priority directions of state policy on social and economic development of the country on the basis of recommendations of the Conference of the European statisticians of 2020;

(b) creation of the database, the necessary for providing effective expenditure trillion sum which are annually directed to agricultural industry of 25,6, including 2,2 of one trillion sum of budgetary funds, scoping of services in industries and ensuring food security by studying of condition of use of 26 million hectares of farmlands, determination of number of livestock of the cattle and bird;

(c) ensuring address use of one trillion sum which is annually sent to 25,2 on expansion of objects of the social sphere with carrying out exact calculations of tendencies of growth of the population and agricultural industry by regions;

(d) increase in investment appeal of the country and its line items in the international ratings due to forming of the data comparable at the international level, on the basis of single statistical methodology about different characteristics of the population by each administrative and territorial unit and the makhally republic.
