About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 11, 2017 No. 205
According to article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 11, 2017 No. 205 the following changes:
in the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Chapter 1 with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Navershiye of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic shall conform to the requirements specified in appendix 5 to this technical specification.";
- add with appendix 5 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
