About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340 and of December 26, 2001 No. 1724
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state and the order it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, the Art. 1280), and the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the property withdrawn by customs concerning which the judgment about confiscation is passed transfers to its bodies of the public executive service and the order it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2001 No. 1724 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2345) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
