1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2019 No. 222 "About approval of the list, forms, terms of submission of the reporting by the organization performing microfinancial activities and Rules of its representation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19710) the following changes:

in Item 1:

9) and 10) to state subitems in the following edition:

"9) report form about the microcredits of pawnshops including on which overdue debt, according to appendix 9 to this resolution is had;

10) report form about changes on the granted loans (microcredits), including in regional and industry section, according to appendix 10 to this resolution;";

11) and 12) to exclude subitems;

13) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"13) report form about the microcredits of the microfinancial organization including on which overdue debt, according to appendix 13 to this resolution is had;";

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The microfinancial organizations represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of the microfinancial organization) quarterly, to the twenty fifth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4), 6), 7) of Item 1 of this resolution.

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation determines single requirements for filling of the form intended for collection of administrative data on a grant basis "The report on classification of assets on the microcredits provided to physical persons and legal entities" (further – the Form).

2. The form is filled with the microfinancial organization quarterly. Data in shape are filled in in thousands of tenges. The amount less than 500 (five hundred) tenges is rounded to 0 (zero), and the amount equal of 500 (five hundred) tenges and above, is rounded to 1000 (thousand) tenges.

Classification of assets by the microcredits provided to physical persons and legal entities is performed according to Rules of implementation of classification of assets and contingent obligations on the provided microcredits, references of assets on the provided microcredits to doubtful and hopeless, and also creations of provisions (reserves) against them, approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2018 No. 62 "About approval of Rules of implementation of classification of assets and contingent obligations on the provided microcredits, references of assets on the provided microcredits to doubtful and hopeless, and also creations of provisions (reserves) against them" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16858).

6. Reference to group of assets on the microcredits provided to physical persons and legal entities according to classification, is determined depending on gross carrying amount of asset.

7. In column 4 the remaining balance of debt on principal debt as of reporting date is specified.

8. In column 5 the amount of the remaining balance added, but not extinguished (not earned) reward, as of reporting date is considered.

9. In column 6 the discount amount (with minus) or awards is specified.
