About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2015 No. 27
Based on the paragraph of the seventh No. 237-Z "About rail transport" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1999
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2015 No. 27 "About finding of citizens and placement of objects in zones of the increased danger" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "and subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985,";
1.2. in Rules of finding of citizens and placements of objects in zones of the increased danger, accomplishment in these zones of the works, journey and transition through railway tracks approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"procedure for placement of objects, including information signs of safety, and performance of works in zones of the increased danger, including pasture of farm animals near railway tracks and run of farm animals through railway tracks.";
add Item with part of the following content:
"Actions of employees of the organizations of rail transport public, other organizations which productive activity is connected with train service and shunting work, accomplishment of construction works on railway tracks public in case of accomplishment of works by them in zones of the increased danger are regulated by the legislation in the field of transport activities and in the field of labor protection.";
