Based on Art. 12 of h (1) and h (13) the Law No. 119/2004 on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil, Art. 10 of h (15) the Law No. 21/2025 on placement of fertilizers in the market, Art. 16 of h (4) the Law No. 100/2017 on regulations, the item of 14 subitems 16), I ORDER to item 19 of Regulations about the organization and functioning of the National agency for safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023 about the organization and functioning of the National agency for safety of foodstuff, orders of the CEO of the agency No. 320/2020 on the representation/consideration/direction of notifications on import of remedies of plants and fertilizers and No. 163/2023 about restriction of effective period of notifications on import of remedies of plants and fertilizers:

1. Approve form of the notification on import of fertilizers, according to appendix to this order.

2. Assign to Directorate of control of use and placement in the market of remedies of plants and fertilizers:

2.1. acceptance and consideration of notifications on import of remedies of plants and fertilizers;

2.2. the direction of the considered notifications with the decision of the Agency in boundary inspection posts through which import implementation, and informing business entity is supposed;

2.3. archiving of set of the submitted documents on the server of the agency, accounting of the considered notifications.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
