1. Approve Veterinary sanitary standard about protection and wellbeing of animals during transportation it (is applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 793/2012 about approval of Veterinary sanitary standard about protection and wellbeing of animals during transportation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 222-227, 855), with subsequent changes.
