For the purpose of execution of provisions of articles 7 and 18 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 51-54, of the Art. 153), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Veterinarno-sanitary standard about protection and wellbeing of animals during transportation it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in 6 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
