The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the right to payment of the lifting help connected with ensuring implementation of actions for return of the child who is deported or compulsorily moved or is under risk of deportation and/or forced movement owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, or person from among children who are deported or compulsorily moved, or are under risk of deportation and/or forced movement owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, according to Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for the ensuring social protection of children and family approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2022 No. 1474 "Some questions of social protection of children and family" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 316), taking into account the changes made by this resolution at children and persons from their number arises since June 6, 2025 taking into account the requirements determined according to the procedure of identification, return, ensuring maintenance and reintegration of children which are deported or compulsorily moved or were under risk of deportation and/or forced movement owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, or persons from among children, No. 551 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2024 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 47, the Art. 2928, No. 101, Art. 6440; 2025, No. 15, the Art. 1096), taking into account the changes made by this resolution.
