For the purpose of realization of part 4 of article 179 of the Digital code of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mail service", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on Fonda of development of digital infrastructure, innovative development of information technologies and bonds of the Ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 14, 2021 No. 29 the following change:
- declare Item 1 invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
