About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500 and of October 23, 2023 No. 1109

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500 "About approval of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2288; 2017, No. 13, Art. 364; 2019, No. 55, the Art. 1918) and of October 23, 2023 No. 1109 "About preparation for introduction of payment terms of work of government employees on the basis of classification of positions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 98, Art. 5869; 2025, No. 33, the Art. 2223) changes which are applied.

2. Central and local executive bodies and other state bodies to provide to ministers, heads accomplishment of this resolution it is exclusive within the salary funds approved in estimates.

3. To provide to the national agency concerning public service accomplishment of this resolution within the approved extreme number of employees of the specified Agency.

4. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of March 11, 2025 No. 4282-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of single approaches in compensation of government employees on the basis of classification of positions", but not earlier than day of its publication, except paragraph two of the subitem of 1 Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
