About change of the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2017 No. 59
Based on subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2004 No. 262-Z "About technical regulation and standardization" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In paragraph three of Item 82 and parts one and the second Item 86 of Rules of development of the state standards of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2017 No. 59, of the word "National Center of Legal Information" shall be replaced with words "The national center of the legislation and legal information" in the corresponding case.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
