About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2016 No. 852 "Some questions of licensing of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 94, Art. 3085; 2020, No. 99, the Art. 3220), the enclosed changes.

2. Determine that the licensees who obtained licenses for implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment within nine months from the date of entry into force of this resolution shall bring the activities into accord with Licensed conditions, except requirements for provision of copies of the documents confirming emergence of employment relationships with all hired employees concerning which such copies of documents were already provided to body of licensing.

3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication, except the subitem 2 Items of 6 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
