About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning support of families with children and creation of the conditions promoting combination of motherhood (paternity) to professional activity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons with disability since the childhood and to children with disability" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 1, Art. 2 with the following changes):

after part five to add with new part of the following content:

"For purpose of child care allowance before achievement of one-year-old age or child care allowance of "eyasl" by it according to the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" payment of the allowance on child care with disability aged to 18 years stops from the first in which such allowance is granted".

With respect thereto the sixth and seventh to consider parts respectively parts seven and the eighth;

the eighth to lay out part in such edition:

"In case of appointment and payment of the allowance to leaving the conditions, procedure and the bases determined according to articles 4-17 of this Law except the case provided by part six of this Article are applied".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102 with the following changes):

1) in Article 2 part one:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" - the one-time help which is provided in natural form or in the form of monetary compensation of cost of the one-time help relating to the help in case of the child's birth";

add with new paragraphs of the following content:
