About modification of some orders of the Government about state programs of development of the small and medium companies

Based on Item a) parts (1) and parts (4) Articles 9, and also parts (4) article 11 of the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 306-313, 651), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. The changes made by this resolution do not affect the investment projects provided to public organization "Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship" before the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of provisions of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
