Some questions of property administration, being in state-owned property and used for ensuring gas transportation on trunk gas pipelines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Terms of the contract about transfer of the right of economic maintaining the state-owned property which is in state-owned property and used in process of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines "Some questions of property administration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2019 No. 942 which is in state-owned property and used for ensuring transportation of natural gas by trunk gas pipelines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 12, Art. 471; 2022, No. 85, Art. 5284; 2025 rubles, No. 26, the Art. 1722) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that action of the Regulations on procedure for preservation of the fixed business assets of the companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 1997 No. 1183 "About procedure for preservation of the fixed business assets of the companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 44, the page 28), does not extend to cases of the simplified temporary preservation of bulk distribution lines of gas transportation in the conditions of limited transit of natural gas, the stipulated in Article 42-1 Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas".
3. Provide to Department of Energy modification, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, in the agreement signed according to the specified Conditions.
