Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 1, 2023 No. 969 "About functioning of the Register of public electronic registers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 87, the Art. 5037) and of June 18, 2025 No. 712 "Some questions of protection of information, electronic communication, information and communication, technological systems" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 57, the Art. 3921) changes which are applied.

1. To state Item 10 of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of public electronic registers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 1, 2023 No. 969, in the following edition:
"10. Processing and personal data protection, other register data and information in the Register of registers are performed according to the legislation in the field of personal data protection taking into account requirements of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems".".
