1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2020 No. 713 "About some questions of the special economic zone "Jibek Joly" the following changes:

in the Regulations on the special economic zone "Jibek Joly" approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The special economic zone "Jibek Joly" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of Shusky district of Jambyl area in borders according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 1205 hectares and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

the plan of borders of the special economic zone "Jibek Joly" to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of the special economic zone "Jibek Joly" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
