About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 768 and of January 7, 2025 No. 10
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 768 "About formation of Office of reforms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 87, Art. 2827; 2023, No. 105, the Art. 6282) and of January 7, 2025 No. 10 "About formation of the Interdepartmental working group on preparation of public investment projects" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 10, of the Art. 830) changes, are added.
2. Determine that before entry into force of the regulatory legal act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which determines procedure for functioning and components of the Unified information system of management of public investment projects during execution of the tasks provided by the subitem 1 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental working group on preparation of public investment projects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 7, 2025 No. 10 "About formation of the Interdepartmental working group on preparation of public investment projects" and the paragraph the tenth Item 3 of the Regulations on Office of reforms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 768, - taking into account the changes made by this resolution software of the Single digital integrated information and analytical management system are used by process of recovery of real estate units, constructions and infrastructures (DREAM ecosystem).
