Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 103 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 22, Art. 604; 2016, No. 16, Art. 635; 2018, No. 10, Art. 357; 2022, No. 39, the Art. 2093), changes which are applied.

1. To state subitems 1-3 of item 4 in the following edition:
"1) realization of state policy on safety issues on road transport public (further - road transport), urban electric, rail transport and on safety issues on the land transport when implementing multimodal transportations;
2) submitting for examination of the Minister of offers on ensuring forming of state policy on safety issues on road, urban electric, rail transport and on safety issues on the land transport when implementing multimodal transportations;
3) implementation of the state supervision (control) of safety on road, urban electric, rail transport and the state supervision (control) on safety issues of railway vehicles when implementing multimodal transportations in the territory of Ukraine;".
