About approval of form of the unified register of separate measures of regulation concerning the goods which are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union which use depends on goods origin

According to item 4 of article 4 of the Agreement on the harmonized system of determination of goods origin, exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union signed on December 4, 2023 Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the unified register of separate measures of regulation concerning the goods which are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union which use depends on goods origin (further – the unified register).

2. For the purpose of ensuring timely updating of the unified register to ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – state members) in case of entering into regulatory legal acts according to which the separate measure of regulation, the changes concerning information containing in the unified register is entered, or recognitions their voided (cancellations) to notify on it the Eurasian economic commission beforehand, but no later than 3 calendar days before the date of entry into force of the corresponding regulatory legal act of state member (with application of a copy of this act).

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the harmonized system of determination of goods origin, exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union signed on December 4, 2023.
