According to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", to Item 8 parts one of Article 12, of part three of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State bureau of investigations", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the State bureau of investigations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State bureau of investigations of October 22, 2021 No. 557/555, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 09, 2021 at No. 1472/37094, which are applied.
2. Department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure to provide:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
