About approval of the List of the special means applied in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for application of the special means used in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of article 31 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the List of the special means applied in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
2) the Procedure for application of the special means used in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List and the Procedure for application of special means in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2016 No. 90.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
