Approve:
- The list of the special means applied in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.
- Procedure for application of the special means used in protection of Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.03.2023 No. 115
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
