According to the Laws of Ukraine of April 04, 1996 No. 123/96-BP "About medicines", "About protection of the population against infectious diseases", Regulations on control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of January 15, 1996 No. 73, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90), and for the purpose of further enhancement of quality control of immunobiological medicines
I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure of control of compliance of the immunobiological medicines applied in medical practice, to requirements of the state and international standards, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of October 01, 2014 No. 698, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2014 at No. 1356/26133, which are applied.
2. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
