1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of subitems 1) and 2) this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to the interested officials and structural divisions.

The list of some orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. After receipt of data of IS of MO RK in electronic accounting card establishes the status about the citizen's relation to military service "Voyennoobyazanny" and determines MOVA by registration address of the permanent residence.";

"11. The subsequent statement of citizens on military accounting is performed area MOVA (the city of regional value) in the following cases:

1) obtaining in MO RK'S IS of data with GBDFL on registration to the new residence;

2) transfers to the reserve or resignation from military service, service in law enforcement and special state bodies, bodies of civil protection, expel of cadets, listeners from military, special educational institutions;

3) releases from places of detention of the citizens who were earlier staying on the military registry.
