1. In Item 3 of the Order of the Government No. 683/2025 o procedure for administration of the tariff quotas for import of white sugar and products from sugar (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, Art. No. 523-525, 672) to make the following changes:

1.1. in paragraph one "and also the economic operators registered in the Republic of Moldova importing sugar on behalf of the economic operator performing activities in processing industry" to exclude the text;

1.2. exclude paragraph two.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
