Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 No. 226 "About improvement of education, training, social protection and material security of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 8, Art. 194; 1995, No. 8, Art. 224; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 1947; 2005, No. 36, Art. 2198; 2006, No. 31, Art. 2221; 2008, No. 18, Art. 503, No. 63, Art. 2134; 2021, No. 47, the Art. 2923) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 No. 226

1. In Item 12:

Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:

"12. Determine that the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship (except those which are under guardianship (guardianship) are arranged on education in orphanage of family type or foster home), persons from among the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship in case of continuation of training up to 23 years or before the termination of educational institutions are on complete state content.";

2) to add Item after paragraph one with new paragraphs of the following content:
