1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the reporting under observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan about counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, the legal entities performing activities only through exchange point based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency.

2. Recognize invalid some resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also structural element of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To provide to department of cash circulation of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of submission of the reporting under observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan about counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, the legal entities performing activities only through exchange point based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 48) of paragraph two of part two of Item 19 of the Regulations on National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "About approval of the Provision and structure of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for representation, including forms, intended for collection of administrative data on a grant basis, frequency and terms of submission of the reporting under observance of requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction (further – the reporting), the legal entities performing activities only through exchange point based on the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for exchange transactions with cash foreign currency (further – authorized organization) in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – National Bank).

Chapter 2. Procedure for submission of the reporting

2. The reporting is submitted authorized organization in electronic format, by means of use of information systems with observance of procedures of confirmation by the digital signature.

3. Completeness and accuracy of the data in the reporting, is provided with the head or the responsible person of authorized organization to who function on signing of the report is assigned.
