1. Establish requirements to the minimum size of the authorized capital of pawnshops:

1) since January 1, 2025 - in the amount of at least 3000000 (three million) som;

2) since July 1, 2026 - in the amount of at least 7000000 (seven million) som;

3) since July 1, 2027 - in the amount of at least 14000000 (fourteen million) som;

4) since July 1, 2028 - in the amount of at least 20000000 (twenty million) som.

2. Approve Regulations on the minimum requirements to the organization of activities of pawnshops in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of lombard activities" of June 8, 2017 No. 353;

2) Item 9 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income" of September 16, 2019 No. 477;
