For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About activities of pawnshops", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish requirements to the minimum size of the authorized capital of pawnshops:

1) at least 500000 (five hundred thousand) som;

2) since July 1, 2022 - in the amount of at least 1000000 (one million) som;

3) since January 1, 2023 - in the amount of at least 2000000 (two million) som;

4) since January 1, 2025 - in the amount of at least 3000000 (three million) som.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on the minimum requirements to the organization of activities of pawnshops in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- The paragraph of ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.09.2018 No. 417

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 14.12.2023 No. 678

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
