About modification of some orders of the Government (management of financial aid in area of the environment)

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for administration of National ecological fund approved by the Order of the Government No. 711/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 343-348, 821), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 7 the text "Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" (further - National bureau)" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment";

To "National bureau" to replace 2) in Item 8 in the concept "agreement on financing" of the word with the text "Public organization "National Bureau on Implementation of Projects in the field of the Environment" (further - National bureau)";

The national bureau provides accounting and monitoring of implementation of the selected and approved projects and sends payment requests to the Ministry of the environment together with the supporting documents approved and approved by management of National office for implementation of transfers / payments from Fund.

19. Projects implementation by financial means of Fund is enabled by National bureau according to this Provision and operational management.".
