According to part three of Article 5 and part seven of article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

National plan of response to cyberincidents, cyber attacks and cyberthreats;

Criteria of reference of information on nature, technical and other details of cyberincident, cyber attack to information with limited access, the list of the bases, procedure and the purpose of disclosure of such information;

Procedure for public informing or reporting on response to cyberincidents, cyber attacks, elimination of their effects.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 4, 2023 No. 299 "Some questions of response by subjects of ensuring cyber security to different types of events in cyberspace" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 39, the Art. 2061).
