About approval of the Regulations on development, updating and implementation of the National plan of response to cybernetic incidents and crises in area of cyber security

Based on part (4) article 9 of the Law No. 48/2023 on cyber security (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 151-153, 225), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on development, updating and realization of provisions of the National plan of response to cybernetic incidents and crises in area of cyber security it (is applied).

2. To the agency of cyber security to develop and approve the National plan of response to cybernetic incidents and crises in area of cyber security within 12 months from the effective date of this resolution.

3. To service providers in the critical sectors identified based on the Order of the Government No. 860/2024 about identification of service providers to give necessary support to the Agency of cyber security for the purpose of development and updating, and also to provide implementation of the National plan of response to cybernetic incidents and crises in area of cyber security.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
