1. Bring in the Procedure for distribution of means from use (realization) of part of the made products remaining in property of the state according to production sharing agreements and/or means in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products between local budgets if the subsoil plot is located in the territory of several administrative and territorial units, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 9, 2016 No. 792 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 91, the Art. 2964), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of June 4, 2025 No. 4468-IX "About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America about creation of the American-Ukrainian investment fund of recovery", but not earlier than day of its publication.
